Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing plant operations in Victorville, CA. This position is focused on industrial electrical maintenance in a production environment (not residential or commercial work).

Candidates must have hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems and industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain 24V, 120V, 240V, and 480V industrial electrical systems
• Work with motor controls, VFDs, relays, and contactors
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and document work performed
• Support electrical systems for plant production equipment and infrastructure (including cranes and heavy machinery)
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with emergency repairs in a production environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems
• Experience with motor controls and VFD troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC I/O troubleshooting
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment with equipment downtime situations
• Ability to work rotating day, night, and overnight shifts
