Restaurant General Manager - Have some fun downtown - No Late Nights!

We’re not your average downtown, po’boy, shrimp and beer spot. With a lively atmosphere, a cool menu, and a loyal guest base, we’re building something that feels less like a chain and more like your favorite local spot — the one with great energy and great people.

Now, we’re looking for a solid General Manager to join our ranks and bring that same energy. Someone who’s ready to take ownership of a high-performing team, drive consistent results, and create a workplace where both employees and guests genuinely want to be.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 40+ staff
• Oversee daily operations and uphold high service standards
• Hire, train, and develop a strong management bench
• Manage food and labor costs, scheduling, and inventory
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Foster a culture where fun and professionalism go hand in hand

What You Bring:

• 3+ years as a GM, AGM or KM in full-service, concept
• A proven ability to lead by example and keep teams engaged
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibilities
• Great communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
• We are closed for Christmas and Thanksgiving
