Job Description
· Drive revenue growth within the Facilities Services division by developing and selling multi-year facility Service Agreements
· Generate new business opportunities across integrated facility management solutions, including on-site facility management, energy services, and HVAC/electrical assured service programs
· Identify and qualify prospective customers to build a robust sales pipeline
· Develop strategic sales solutions in close collaboration with internal operations and engineering teams
· Present comprehensive proposals that articulate value and address client needs
· Close new service agreements while cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Key Requirements
· BS degree required
· 5–10 years of proven sales experience with a track record of success
· Demonstrated ability to sell directly to C-Suite executives and senior decision-makers
· Experience selling services within the facilities management industry is a strong plus
