Key Responsibilities

Bid Management: Solicit, analyze, and manage bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed, timely proposals and cost reports to stakeholders.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and contractors.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential financial risks and suggest cost-saving solutions.
Site Visits: Perform site visits to verify conditions and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in project estimation or construction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized estimation software (e.g., Sage, Bluebeam).
Skills: Strong mathematical ability, analytical skills, and extreme attention to detail.
