Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license or certification as a School Psychologist (state-specific requirements apply)
• Familiarity with elementary school populations (PreK-5)
• Experience with assessments, interventions, and data-driven decision making
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consulting with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to organize caseloads, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for student support teams
• Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies and academic/behavioral plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized educational programs
• Deliver crisis intervention, as appropriate
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school atmosphere
