Conflicts Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prestigious law firm to identify an experienced Conflicts Attorney to join their team. This role is critical to ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across client engagements. If you have a strong background in conflicts analysis and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, this could be an excellent next step in your legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires.
• Analyze and resolve potential conflicts of interest in accordance with firm policies and ethical standards.
• Draft and review engagement letters and waivers as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys, business development teams, and risk management professionals to ensure timely clearance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in conflicts databases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney or in a similar risk management role within a law firm.
• Strong understanding of professional responsibility rules and conflict resolution processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with conflicts software and database systems preferred.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
