Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Baltimore, MD

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite role supporting school districts in the Baltimore, MD area for the upcoming school year.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 18, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Setting: Onsite, school-based
Caseload: Early childhood
Team: Joining an established early learning team
Compensation: $54–$60 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to early childhood students
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust plans based on data-driven outcomes
Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies and best practices
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Must meet all Maryland state and local requirements for practice in a school setting
Previous school-based or early childhood experience preferred
