Part-Time School Physical Therapist Extended School Year/Summer

Blazer Jobs is seeking a School Physical Therapist for Extended school year/summer services. This part-time role involves providing therapy services to students during the summer session to support mobility, motor development, and educational access.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Evaluate student mobility and motor skill needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records
• Support students in accessing educational environments safely and effectively

Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently across assigned sites
