Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Contract Details & Schedule

• Location: Wilmington, DE (Warner Site)

• Standard Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Summer Programming (EYP):

  • PD Days: June 23 & 24 (8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

  • In-Service: July 6 – August 6 (Mon–Thurs | 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM)

• Setting: Early Years Program (Ages 3-5)

• Student Population: Moderate to severe cognitive needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies within the Early Years Program.

• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with moderate to severe needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to foster a supportive learning environment.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and provide data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Need to Qualify

• Delaware Licensure: Must hold a valid, active Delaware BCBA license.

• Experience: School-based experience is preferred, specifically with early childhood or intensive needs populations.

• Onsite Availability: Must be comfortable working 100% onsite at the designated school site.

• Student Focus: A passion for supporting early learners and navigating complex cognitive and behavioral challenges.
