We’re hiring a Front Desk / HR Admin for a temp-to-hire position (approx. 90 days) in a manufacturing environment. This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $18–$22/hour DOE.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls; take messages as needed
  • Provide administrative support to office staff, shop personnel, and management
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks and internal coordination
  • Data entry, document preparation, and general office support
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy)
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional

Work Environment:

  • Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility
  • Frequent interaction with shop personnel, vendors, and drivers
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and active shop operations nearby
  • Fast-paced with shifting priorities
