Job Description:

The RN in the ER Care Center is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, and high-volume emergency department with approximately 100,000 visits annually.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a team-oriented approach in all areas of the Emergency Department.
• Coach and provide feedback in real-time.
• Communicate effectively with patients and update them throughout their visit.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in an ER setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date. ENPC within 90 days of hire.
• Navy scrubs required for uniform.
