📍 Fairfax, OK | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week – Days
Seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to provide acute dialysis care in a critical access hospital setting. Candidates must be comfortable working independently in a rural, lower-volume environment and managing treatments autonomously.
Must have experience with Tablo dialysis systems, Baxter peritoneal dialysis equipment, and vascular access management including fistulas, grafts, and catheters. Responsibilities include patient assessments, dialysis treatment administration, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining safe dialysis practices.
No weekends or call.
Certifications required: Active OK RN License + ACLS
