Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Serve as circulator and advocate for patients in the operating room.
\n
• Collaborate with surgical team during procedures including total joints, multi-level spine fusions, and Xi Robotic cases.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all facility guidelines and safety protocols.
\n
• Manage operating room personnel and resources efficiently and safely.
\n
• Participate in call shifts, typically 5-6 weekdays and 1 weekend shift per month.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records using Epic.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Current Alaska RN license required.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
\n
• Experience as a circulator is a must.
\n
• Experience as a scrub nurse preferred.
\n
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) is a plus.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook.
\n
