Job Description:

The role involves providing comprehensive care in the Labor and Delivery department, overseeing labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care, with responsibilities for fetal monitoring and managing high-risk labor cases.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Ability to circulate C-sections
\n
• High-risk labor management
\n
• Pitocin titration
\n
• Fetal monitoring interpretation
\n
• Neonatal resuscitation participation
\n
• Postpartum/couplet care competency
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• RN Licensure
\n
• BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NRP Certifications
\n
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE preferred
\n
• 2 years' experience
\n
• Previous rural hospital experience preferred
\n
• Experience in LDRP model
\n
