- Location: Kendallville, IN 46755-2568 (Kendallville, northeast Indiana)
- Weekly Estimated Pay: 7,530 - 7,930 (competitive CRNA pay)
- Start Date: August 17, 2026
- Duration: 52 weeks (long-term locum tenens contract; ongoing dates available)
- Shift Schedule: 7am – 3pm, 8-hour days
- Shifts per Week: 5
- Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
- Call Schedule: 3pm – 7am (mix of OR and OB cases, 20-minute response time)
- Team Model: MD anesthesiologists and CRNAs (team-based model: 2 providers, 3 ORs)
- EMR: EPIC (experience with EPIC or similar EMR preferred)
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 days
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience providing general anesthesia (CRNA jobs, anesthesia experience required)
- Active Indiana CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start (Indiana CRNA jobs)
- Current AHA-issued ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia: spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks (case logs required)
- Experience across case mix: Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred
- Deliver safe, evidence-based general and regional anesthesia care for endoscopy, OB/GYN, pediatric, orthopedic, and general surgery cases
- Administer and manage regional anesthesia techniques, including spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Participate in shared OR and OB call coverage with a 20-minute response time; provide dependable locum tenens anesthesia coverage
- Collaborate closely with MD anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs within a team-based model
- Maintain accurate documentation, case logs, and perioperative records in EPIC
- Provide compassionate perioperative care and support positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment
