Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN

- Experience with hospice case management required \n
- Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required. \n
- Prior experience with rural travel preferred. \n
- Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred \n
- Work schedule Monday - Friday \n
- 2+ years of hospice case management experience required \n
- VT/Compact RN license required \n
- BLS required \n
