Commercial Litigation Associate

Aligned Talent Acquisition is currently working with several AmLaw and large national law firms seeking Commercial Litigation Associates to join growing litigation platforms in Miami.

These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated business disputes representing corporations, financial institutions, private companies, developers, and national clients within highly regarded litigation practices.

• Complex commercial litigation matters
• Business and contract disputes
• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Real estate and hospitality-related litigation matters
• Discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy
• Direct client interaction and substantive responsibility
• Collaboration with sophisticated national litigation teams

• Approximately 3–8 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience with business litigation, complex disputes, motion practice, and case management preferred
• Large law firm or sophisticated litigation platform experience strongly preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to waive in

• Sophisticated national litigation platforms with strong case flow
• Miami-based practices with national and international reach
• Hybrid flexibility at many firms

Expected compensation ranges from approximately $220,000 – $390,000+ depending on class year, experience, and overall background.
