HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician

HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician | $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Duties:

• Diagnostics, Service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Service and maintenance of generators, and radiant and in-floor heating
• Annual and routine Maintenance
• Communicating with customers on system enhancement products and replacement options

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of residential HVAC service and repair experience
• EPA universal Certification
• Installation experience a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to consult with customers on repair and replacement decisions
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
