What Our Client Needs
Our client needs a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Facilities – Site Lead to oversee site IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, facilities technology, and operational delivery.
Who You Are
You are a hands-on IT leader who can guide teams, manage vendors, support regulated environments, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, endpoints, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure systems meet availability, performance, scalability, and resilience needs.
- Drive standardization, modernization, automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Own site-level cybersecurity operations, including endpoint security, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
- Partner with external security providers to detect, investigate, and remediate threats.
- Lead facilities-related technology, including cabling, wireless, conference rooms, physical security systems, and disaster preparedness.
- Manage incident, change, problem, and asset management processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff and contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, service levels, budgets, and future technology needs.
- Support audits, SOP compliance, data protection requirements, and governance obligations.
Light travel may be required on an occasional basis to support other sites, projects, or business meetings. This role includes leadership of IT staff and contractors.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with people and operational leadership.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, and enterprise operations.
- Experience leading projects, managing vendors, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site or hybrid enterprise IT environments preferred.
