Carpenter- Walnut, Illinois
We are hiring a Carpenter for a full-time 1st shift position in Walnut, Illinois. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building custom floor systems and wall panels for residential and commercial locations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities of the Carpenter:
  • Construct and repair building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
  • Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Carpenter Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous carpentry experience preferred.
Pay for Carpenter: Starting at $18/hour.
