Join a well-established, therapist-owned outpatient practice that prioritizes quality patient care, mentorship, and clinician growth. With over 40 years of clinical experience, the clinic owner remains actively involved in supporting and mentoring the therapy team. This opportunity is based in the Westminster clinic location, part of a thriving two-clinic organization that has proudly served the community for over 11 years.
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team full-time. This role is ideal for a clinician who values one-on-one patient care, enjoys treating a diverse caseload, and is passionate about providing quality over quantity.
The clinic treats patients across all age ranges and offers exposure to a wide variety of specialty programs including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, pelvic health, sports rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, dry needling, foot therapy, and more.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually

Schedule Options
Full-time = 40 hours per week
- Five 8-hour shifts
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling arrangements
Clinical Environment
- 100% outpatient setting
- Collaborative and supportive team culture
- Average caseload of up to 14 patients per day with PT tech support
- 30-minute routine treatment visits
- 60-minute evaluations
- EMR: Prompt integrated with Predictive Health for streamlined and efficient documentation, allowing notes to typically be completed before the end of the workday
What We're Looking For
- Clear and active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Passion for delivering high-quality, individualized patient care
- Strong interest in continued clinical growth and mentorship
- Pelvic floor experience or interest preferred
- Interest in manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular, neuro, or specialty services is highly valued
