As a Foreman in Training, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders, learn high-demand skills, and develop the ability to create permanent, high-quality solutions for homeowners. Within 90 days, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Foreman role and increase your earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Assist crew leaders on residential foundation repair projects
• Learn how to create high-quality, long-lasting solutions for customers
• Work with tools and equipment designed for safety and efficiency
• Deliver a professional, positive experience on every job site
• Travel to job sites and gain exposure to a variety of projects
• Build the skills needed to lead your own crew

What You’ll Get

• $28/hour starting pay
• Production bonus after training (increase your earnings as you grow)
• Monday–Friday schedule (consistent weekly hours)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in carpentry, framing, or construction
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Leadership potential (or desire to grow into leadership)
• Valid driver’s license

Bonus Points For:

• Remodeling or structural repair experience
• Working under homes (beams, joists, subfloors)
