Residential HVAC Service Tech

Location: Panama City, FL (serving Bay, Walton, and Okaloosa Counties)

Pay Range: Up to $30 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonuses and commissions. Our technicians are making $80,000 - $100,000 yearly!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Dispatch from home

On-call rotation: 1 evening per week and 1 weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call
• Recommend solutions that improve system performance and efficiency
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
