PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN - JANITORIAL - NIGHTS & WEEKENDS

Thank you for your interest in joining our team at Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. We are currently seeking an experienced PROJECT WORK TECHNICIAN for weekend work and some nights during the week. Below is a description of the position. We are looking for only the best, most reliable candidates, with an eye for quality.

PROJECT WORK/CLEANING TECHNICIAN - SOME NIGHTS & WEEKENDS
(work hours vary depending on projects)

Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements include the following:

• Perform a variety of tasks such as tile/grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip/wax/buff/burnish), window cleaning, high dusting and detail cleaning, plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Must operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors and specialty equipment
• Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.
• Must have basic interpersonal skills: ability to work in the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have experience in working in large commercial facilities
• Must have experience in operating professional floor care equipment

COMPENSATION: $22.00+ per hour Based on Experience

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE U.S.
