Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living

We're hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living team. This is a hands-on care role focused on supporting residents with daily living needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety in a resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility

• Assist with meals, transfers, and daily routines

• Encourage resident engagement and social interaction

• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition

• Follow individualized care plans and delegated nursing tasks

• Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment

• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-focused care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to complete electronic documentation

• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and transfers
