We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Business Development Team!!!
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming Sales and Service calls
- Set appointments for Salespeople
- Lead follow up/Appointment confirmation
- Make Outbound calls from Leads
- Track your Lead/Show/Sale percentages
- Set Service Appointments/Confirm set Service Appointments
- Follow up with ALL unsold Leads
- Follow up with ALL Missed Appointment Customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Office experience helpful
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Willing to learn
