Plumbing & Maintenance Technician - No Weekends/No on-call

We are seeking Plumbers or people who have building maintenance experience to join our team!

Prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete plumbing tasks effectively.
• Perform pipe threading and assembly of various plumbing components.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure comprehensive project completion.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
• Handle heavy lifting as necessary during installations or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

• Experience as a plumber or in a related maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
• A valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
