Quality Assurance (QA) Technician

The Quality Assurance (QA) Technician will join a small team dedicated to ensuring the quality and compliance of label products. This role focuses on meticulous testing, documentation, and defect tracking to maintain high standards and support continuous improvement within production processes. The technician will regularly use manual inspection tools and Excel to carry out their duties and contribute to the overall quality management system without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of label products to ensure quality standards are met
• Document test results and maintain accurate records for compliance
• Monitor adherence to regulatory and company quality guidelines
• Track and report defects for prompt resolution
• Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
