Shift: Night Shift | Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
Hours: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
Training: 6–8 Weeks

Job Description:
Seeking a Biomanufacturing Technician to support GMP production and manufacturing activities for cellular products in a cleanroom environment. This role involves aseptic processing, cell culture support, raw material handling, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:
• Support GMP, GDP, and aseptic manufacturing activities
• Perform production, formulation, and banking of cellular products
• Assist with validation and manufacturing process support
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper aseptic techniques
• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation, SOPs, and batch records
• Support raw material handling and cell culture activities
• Follow safety, compliance, and quality procedures

Qualifications:
• Associate degree in a scientific field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0–1 year of biotech, biomanufacturing, or cell therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with hazardous materials and medical equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic algebra/math skills required

Additional Information:
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime, 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM (2 shifts on, 2 shifts off, 3 shifts on, 2 shifts off, 2 shifts on, 3 shifts off with the 3-days falling Friday - Sunday)
