The Construction Project Manager oversees residential construction projects, guiding a small team of 1-5 members to successful completion. Reporting directly to the Owner/CEO, this role entails managing all project phases from planning through delivery while ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timeline compliance without reliance on specialized project management software.
Responsibilities
- Plan project scope, schedules, and milestones
- Manage budgets and control project costs
- Allocate resources effectively across tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
- Lead and motivate a small team
- Monitor project timelines and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain clear communication with clients
- Compile and deliver regular progress reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in construction project management
- Valid Driver’s License
