Maintenance Service Technician

The Maintenance Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of industrial machinery. Working as part of a small team, the technician conducts repairs, preventive maintenance, and thorough inspections to maintain heavy equipment and machinery. This role demands mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment such as forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and telehandlers to sustain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs and replace worn or damaged parts
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on industrial machinery
• Inspect heavy machinery for safety and performance criteria
• Grease equipment and top off fluids regularly
• Operate forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and telehandlers safely
• Replace large tires on trucks and heavy equipment
• Manage tools and maintain accurate maintenance reports

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance service roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Strong mechanical repair skills and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skills
