The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of residential properties through timely maintenance and repairs. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 TRADE AND BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE MON-THURSDAY OThis role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, addressing plumbing and electrical issues, and installing equipment to maintain a high standard of living for residents.

- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment breakdowns
- Perform plumbing repairs and upkeep to maintain operational systems
- Conduct electrical repairs to ensure safe and efficient service
