Pay: $17–$22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(Flexible start times available: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Overtime: Available, with occasional weekend/holiday work

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operate and maintain high-volume roll-fed printers with consistency and accuracy
• Manage multiple print jobs while staying on schedule and meeting deadlines
• Review job tickets and data to ensure accuracy before production begins
• Maintain strict quality standards and meet detailed client specifications
• Track printer performance, maintenance needs, and material usage
• Troubleshoot issues alongside IT teams and equipment vendors
• Secure approvals before releasing completed jobs
• Keep job tracking systems organized and up to date
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace

What You Bring to the Table

• Associate degree or 6–12 months of printing/production experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., bend, stack, and operate pallet jacks
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing the job right
