Clinical Recruiter I — On-Site (Louisville, KY) — Contract (W2)

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Clinical Recruiter I for an on-site contract opportunity in Louisville, KY 40222 with a large, well-established organization.

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay: $27.70/hour (W2)
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
  • Assignment length: ~23 weeks (projected through November 30, 2026)
  • Interview required: Yes

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submission, offer coordination, and onboarding support
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases
  • Conduct phone screens/interviews to assess qualifications, clinical experience, and overall fit
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and business objectives
  • Build pipelines for high-need/critical skill areas; leverage labor market trends to shape recruiting strategy
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation and dispositions in alignment with compliance requirements (EEO/OFCCP)
  • Participate in networking events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years corporate recruiting experience
  • 3–5 years clinical, healthcare, or rehabilitation recruiting experience
  • Experience working in an ATS and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

  • Employer branding / recruitment marketing experience
