Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor call quality, scheduling, and team performance
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Create the weekly schedule for proper staffing and coverage
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (HVAC or home services industry preferred)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Service Titan a plus.
