Position Overview:
As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality support for our clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping customer interactions and maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives
  • Monitor call quality, scheduling, and team performance
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Create the weekly schedule for proper staffing and coverage
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (HVAC or home services industry preferred)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Service Titan a plus.
