Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements:
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
