How you'll make an impact
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions
- Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI‑supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities
- Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience
- Support volume‑based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
About You
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience
- P&C Insurance licensing required

Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
