• Schedule: Flexible based onbusiness needs, with emphasis on:
• After 4:00 PM weekdays
• Weekend availability
• 17 hours of direct clientcare
• 3 hours ofnon-clinical/administrative work (can be completed remotely)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Earning Potential: Upto $120,000+ annually
• Base Salary: $40,000 (20hours/week)
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Requirements:

• Licensed Master SocialWorker (LMSW), or Supervisee in Social Work
• Licensed in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of experienceproviding direct therapy to children and adolescents
• Minimum 1 year of experiencein a telehealth or virtual care setting
• Ability to work duringafter-school hours (after 4 PM ET) and/or weekends
• Strong clinical,communication, and organizational skills
