Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:00/1:00 AM | Rotating weekends
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 DOE

Lead and coordinate multi-shift production operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role oversees Production Supervisors and a diverse hourly workforce to ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production performance, yields, efficiencies, and labor utilization
• Lead and support Production Supervisors in executing schedules and operational priorities
• Adjust staffing and production plans to meet customer demand and business objectives
• Champion safety, ergonomics, and injury prevention through training and accountability
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, quality, USDA, and company standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational flexibility
• Conduct regular line meetings to reinforce expectations, policies, and performance goals
• Maintain operational readiness and support future capacity planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Proven experience training, coaching, or mentoring supervisors or teams
• Proficient with timekeeping systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, yields, and efficiency optimization
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP requirements
• PLC very strong understanding
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Effective communicator with strong leadership presence
• Thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
