Regional CDL A Truck Driver

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and professional Truck Drivers to join our team in Kentucky. This position is open to recent CDL-A school graduates and offers excellent opportunities for career growth. Drivers will be responsible for regional routes up to 600 miles away from CVG, including mountain driving, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
2. Complete regional routes, including mountain terrain, covering approximately 600 miles per day.
3. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
4. Maintain open communication with dispatch and trainers
5. 
   

Schedule: Open-ended, with flexibility.

1. Typical start times between 2:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
2. Regional schedule (Solo2) is 4 days on/4 days off or 2 days on/2 days off.
3. Initial training will follow the trainer's schedule (local, early 2:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
4. Flexibility to transition to Solo1 schedule

Compensation and Benefits: $24/hour Hourly Rate

1. Sign on Bonus $1000.
2. After 30 days: $300
3. After 90 days: $300
4. After 180 days: $400
5. Performance bonus tied to on-time delivery, covering all shifts, and driving safety.
6. Monthly bonus. $0.50/hour increase every 6 months. $25/hour (Once all bonuses are consistently met)

Qualifications: Valid

1. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
2. Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Ability to drive approximately 600 miles daily, including in mountainous areas.
