Activities Coordinator

Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator for our memory care program.

This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, compassionate, and enjoys working with seniors in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily group activities and resident engagement
• Assist with planning programs, events, and recreational activities
• Encourage participation and social interaction
• Help maintain a positive and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Social, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 years
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred
• Recreation background or activities experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, dependable, and outgoing personality
