LTC Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping residents regain independence, improve functional abilities, and return to meaningful daily routines through individualized care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity strength, cognition, coordination, and safety
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate patient care
• Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
