Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, increase independence, and achieve meaningful recovery goals in a supportive care environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment programs
• Provide treatment focused on daily living skills, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, coordination, and safety awareness
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support resident independence
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate patient-centered care
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
