Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment.

What You'll Do:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and adaptive techniques
• Help residents improve safety, independence, and participation in daily activities
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support resident-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
