Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehab team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys helping residents regain independence, improve daily function, and achieve meaningful progress through personalized therapy programs.

What You'll Do:

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on daily living skills, upper extremity function, cognition, and safety awareness
• Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment to improve independence and quality of life
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support resident goals
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
