Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This role is perfect for a therapist who enjoys creating personalized treatment approaches that help residents improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on self-care skills, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, and adaptive strategies
• Recommend equipment and environmental modifications to support safe functional mobility and independence
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to coordinate resident-centered care
• Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
