King David Nursing & Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild confidence, and achieve meaningful functional outcomes through personalized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, and safety awareness
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support resident independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
