Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, restore independence, and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes through individualized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop customized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on gait training, strengthening, balance, endurance, mobility, and pain management
• Work with residents recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions
• Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate resident care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
