Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

It is just my husband, 2 pugs, and me. If I can get someone to clean for $20 an hour, I would like to give them 6 hours to clean it; however if they cannot do it for $20 an hour, I will not be able to afford 6 hours. In 6 hours, they can work at a reasonable pace, not having to rush, but should be able to get the whole house done each time, where in 4 hours, they cannot always get it all done at one time. Sometimes, when working with just 4 hours at a time, one must leave some things to do the next time, which I don't mind, but I would rather find someone who will work for $20 an hour and be able to do the whole house all at one time.
