Job Description
Hourly Pay: $27.35-$31.73 per hour
Benefit Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate prescription management activities, including processing prescriptions, insurance prior authorizations, and communication with outside pharmacies through fax, phone, and eCW.
- Support patient-centered pharmacy services by conducting appointment reminders, follow-up outreach, and identifying high-risk patients who may benefit from additional clinical pharmacist intervention.
- Gather, organize, and maintain accurate patient medication and health information while promoting medication safety, compliance, and quality care standards.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to support Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, community health initiatives, and compliance with all applicable regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy Technician licensure with California Board of Pharmacy.
- Minimum two years' experience as a pharmacy technician in the retail, hospital or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and best practice.
- Experience with Outcomes and Mirixa Platform.
